Meditation: Find Your Balance in Life

Sunday  Nov. 19, 11 – 2 pm in the city centre

There are often too many things to fit into our lives leading us to feel stressed and overwhelmed. Although we hope changing our working patterns will help, there is still so much to do. This Workshop shows us a simpler and more effective method using meditation to create space and stillness in our mind and so find lasting balance in our life. Through this we can activate our potential for powerful positive transformation, and see how by simply changing our mind we will change our world.

With helpful advice from meditation teacher Sandra Lacueva, learn to understand your life as a place of virtually limitless possibilities and discover how it is possible to purify the negative thoughts and feelings that keep us trapped.

Suitable for beginners and more experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.
