English Meditation Class
Mondays 6.15 – 7.00 pm in the city centre
In our busy, modern world, our attention is constantly being drawn outward and it can be difficult to experience a calm, positive mind. When our mind is free from the turbulence of distracting conceptions it becomes calm and clear. With pure concentration, the body and mind become comfortable, flexible and easy to use.
These practical meditation classes for daily life show how we can develop authentic inner peace, overcome daily problems and bring about positive changes in our life that enable us to experience deep and lasting happiness. Each class consists of guided meditations and clear explanations.
These classes are lead by Sandra Lacueva who is known for her heartfelt and practical approach to meditation. She inspires others through her experiences of integrating meditation into a busy life.
Drop-in classes are suitable for absolute beginners and more experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.
